Black Pepper Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:
4 pieces of chicken upper thighs (boneless)
1 stalk spring onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
3 grains of red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons Seasoing
1 tablespoon bottled chili sauce
1 ½ teaspoon black pepper, crushed slightly smoother
How to prepare:
Make Marinade:
1. Saute garlic and onion until wilted.
2. Add the rest of the other ingredients, stir until boiling. Lift.
Grilling Chicken:
1. Marinate chicken with seasoning until blended. Let stand for 30 minutes.
2. Place the chicken in a heat resistant dish.
3. Sprinkle with chives.
4. Bake in hot oven 180 C, for 30 minutes.
5. After 15 minutes of baking, turn the chicken and bake again until slightly dry and overcooked.
6. Remove, cut into pieces and serve.
Healthy Tips:
- Order the chicken was not too greasy after being cooked, remove the skin and fat layer attached to the chicken thigh meat.
